Tools, ArcInfo, CATIA, and many other CAD systems. All of our work consists of redraw-

ing and relayering entire drawings, not just merely relying on auto-vectoring software.

Pricing

80% of our work is priced at $75 per sheet (depending on volume and complexity). Typ-

ically, we simply offer a fixed cost per sheet, allowing customers to better budget and

manage their fixed costs.

Delivery Schedules

We have three shifts working on CAD conversions and can complete drawings at a very

fast pace. On quantities of 1-10 drawings, our delivery time is 72 hours from receipt of

drawings on our FTP site.

Receipt & Transmission of Drawings

We request scanned drawings be uploaded to our FTP site (or we can scan them at our

own facility). We complete and deliver completed drawings in their native format via our

FTP site. Paper drawings can be sent to us via FedEx, UPS, etc. We return original draw-

ings via USPS Priority Mail.

Auto-Vectoring Software

Raster/vectoring software will NOT result in accurate drawings. These are electronic tools

only and will, on average, still result in 3-4 hours of clean-up work following the auto-vec-

toring process. On the other hand, we spend between 8-16 hours redrawing and relayer-

ing drawings to get them 100% correct.

Redrawing & Relayering

Our operators have over 9 years of experience converting drawings into CAD Perfect el-

ectronic files. Our deliverable is a perfect CAD drawing. This includes real lines, arcs, cir-

cles, text as text, etc. At a minimum, each drawing is produced with 3-7 layers (levels)

and colors. In addition, we often use our customer's own layering scheme -- at no extra cost.

Verifying & Fixing Dimensions

We also offer, as an option, the verification and fixing of each and every dimension in a

drawing. So if the original sheet is off by 10%, we will move any line/entity or perform

whatever work is required for it to be exactly correct. There is a surcharge of 15% for

this service.
