Can new-hire onboarding run entirely on forms like these, signatures and all?

That is exactly what one HR team asked for. Their onboarding across school campuses and the district office was outdated and error prone, confusing for the HR team and the new hires both, and gathering every signature and every piece of information was the part that never went smoothly. We built the process into the Microsoft apps the district already owned. The district says it now secures legally binding electronic signatures, and the rest of what it needs, quicker than ever. Can volunteers apply and sign online without our office chasing paperwork?

Yes. A school district came to us with volunteer applications spread across forms and electronic attachments, and links that often did not work by the time a volunteer clicked them. We built the whole application, attachments and electronic signatures included, into the Microsoft apps the district already owned, and every file, document, and signature lands in one secure, cloud-based place.
